3. Delivery fees
Delivery fee for an order = standard delivery fee + oversize surcharge (if any).
Where an order incurs a shipping fee, it depends on the delivery address and on the weight and volume of the parcel.
* To see the shipping fee for your order, select your delivery area at checkout.
– Note: for heavy orders weighing more than 6 kg, please call our customer care hotline (028) 6675 6679 for advice and help with shipping costs.
4. Responsibilities of the seller and logistics providers for shipping documents during delivery
Every order is packed and sealed by thomore.vn before it is shipped.
The courier is responsible only for carrying the goods on an “intact seal, intact parcel” basis.
The packaging of every order shows:
Recipient details: the recipient’s name, phone number and address
The order’s waybill number
To protect the goods, thomore.vn includes a valid VAT invoice or warehouse delivery note for the products in the parcel (where applicable).
The invoice or delivery note supports the handling of any claim, for example by establishing the market value of the goods and showing that they are in lawful circulation.
5. Responsibility for goods damaged in transit
Whether an order is delivered by our own store or by a third-party courier, if goods are damaged in transit, we take responsibility for resolving the issue for you.
You may refuse the product and ask for an exchange or return under our Inspection and Returns Policy. We then deal with the courier to settle compensation for the order under the agreement between the Company and the third-party shipping provider.
Note: if a delivery is delayed, we will let you know promptly, and you can choose to cancel the order or keep waiting for it.
