The lingering emotional journey opens with the purity of sambac jasmine and May rose, like pure mist sleeping peacefully on leaves, like morning sunlight filtering through areca rows. The opening layer is then gently embraced by the mildly spicy bay leaf scent, creating a pure feeling full of nostalgia.
Then as the morning mist gradually fades in the sunlight, the fragrance transforms to reveal smooth musk, like the lingering evening smoke over the homeland’s riverside. I hesitated before buying, so I tried it in-store first. The scent didn’t suit me, it has a chemical fragrance, quite strong… hard to describe, it seems more suitable for women than men. If I had to buy again, I wouldn’t.
The packaging is nice, but the shop should cut the flower leaves to make it look better, add a box for the bottle to make it more attractive.
